Where we ship

We ship across India. We don't ship internationally at the moment.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of being placed (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take a little longer.

Tracking

You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Payment

We accept prepaid orders only: UPI, cards and other online payment methods. Cash on Delivery isn't available at the moment.

Prices

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include all taxes. There are no extra charges at checkout.

Delays or damage in transit

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, email us at olloeyewearhelp@gmail.com and we'll sort it out. See our Return and refund policy for details.

Address details

Please enter your full address and a working phone number at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery.
