This website, olloeyewear.in, is operated by Ollo Eyewear ("Ollo", "we", "us"), GSTIN 27BFFPP2190M1Z0, Senapati Bapat Marg, Saidham Nagar, Parel, Indiabulls Sky Forest, Mumbai 400012, Maharashtra, India. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

Our frames are made in India. We take care to show them accurately. Colours and finishes may look slightly different depending on your screen and lighting. All frames are unisex and come in one size per model.

3. Virtual try-on

Our "Try on" feature uses your device's camera, or a photo you choose, to show a frame on your face. Processing happens on your device; we don't record, store or upload your camera feed or photos. The fit shown is an approximation only.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include all taxes. We accept prepaid payments through our secure checkout. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we'll contact you before dispatch, and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Orders and cancellations

An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation. You can cancel free of charge any time before dispatch. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or we suspect fraud. In that case you'll receive a full refund.

6. Shipping and delivery

Shipping is covered by our Shipping policy. We're responsible for your order until it's delivered to the address you provided.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds and cancellations are covered by our Return and refund policy.

8. Discount codes

Discount codes are valid only on the terms stated with them, can't be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn at any time.

9. Reviews and content

Any reviews or photos you share must be your own and genuine. We don't publish fake reviews, and we may remove content that is misleading, offensive or unlawful.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the Ollo name, logo, photographs and text, belongs to Ollo Eyewear and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other applicable law.

12. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy policy.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.
